Closing was scheduled for the 21st, then moved back to the 31st. Now the story is one of the three heirs who are selling it is on Gubment assistance. And if they get a third of the proceeds from the sell them evil doer Publicans gonna cut of his Gubment check. And he aint so sure if he signs a quit claim deed to Big Sis that she is going to pass his money along in a timely fashion.
And then there is the small matter of this little barn straddleing the property line. That little piece of dirt had been deeded over to the neighbor, all ofeeshul like. Come to find out, you can't do that in a platted subdivision. Or maybe you can. To find out for sure someone has to pay them high priced lawyers a nice little stack of them long bed tens.
Bunch of ignert gewbers. Good thing i aint boxed up my toothbrush yet. Come to think of it, that's about all that aint boxed yet.

Plan A was to load the truck up with boxes, go to closing at 3:00, and deliver a load down there tonight. Good thing it started raining. I would have really been PO'd if I had to unload all that stuff.

Nice looking place. ATM, just depends on the covenants to the subdivision but as a general rule, you can do a deed of a partial subdivision lot. No laws against it, just the home owners assn covenants and they're filed in the county seats courthouse
