The lawyer was afraid it needed approval of the Planning Commission. Hopefully they will sign off on it. Big Sis is on her way to explain to Little Brother how the hog eats the slop, so to speak. Hopefully it can get done next week. In the meantime I'm going fishing.

Planning commision shouldnt have nothing to do with it. Home owners assn may have to approove it if its in 5he covenants though. Check with then n the county engineer about subdividing lots.
