Thread: Best-Buy Scam

I've been fighting with Best Buy for a few weeks. I've paid for insurance on my wife's cell phone for 20 months. I have all of the receipts from the payments made to them. She took her broken phone in to Best Buy to get a new one. They said that the original sales person wrote it up wrong and the phone wasn't insured. I told them that they have charged me for insurance for 20 months and what their employee did wasn't my problem. They still wouldn't honor the insurance but offered to refund all of the premiums I have paid (which they still havent!!!). I told them that I would never buy anything from Best Buy again. When I got the texts and emails saying I won a Best Buy gift card, I figured they were now trying to kiss up to me. I deleted it immediately!!!! BTW, I'm still waiting for my refund!!!! DON"T SHOP BEST BUY!!!!! Best Buy SUX!!!!!

Maj, you actually got a text on your phone from them? That's crossing the line big time

That's what mine was too, a text message on my iPhone. I wonder if they have a "no text list"?

I'd report them to the Better Buisiness Bureau. That sucks.

I guarantee I have never sold your email address. And I know you were kidding, but I still had to say that. The only one I ever sold was Minners, and they made me pay them to take it! lol j/k
