    Supposed to text back "STOP" in capital letters and be able to stop em, who knows.

    I've been fighting with Best Buy for a few weeks. I've paid for insurance on my wife's cell phone for 20 months. I have all of the receipts from the payments made to them. She took her broken phone in to Best Buy to get a new one. They said that the original sales person wrote it up wrong and the phone wasn't insured. I told them that they have charged me for insurance for 20 months and what their employee did wasn't my problem. They still wouldn't honor the insurance but offered to refund all of the premiums I have paid (which they still havent!!!). I told them that I would never buy anything from Best Buy again. When I got the texts and emails saying I won a Best Buy gift card, I figured they were now trying to kiss up to me. I deleted it immediately!!!! BTW, I'm still waiting for my refund!!!! DON"T SHOP BEST BUY!!!!! Best Buy SUX!!!!!

    That's what mine was too, a text message on my iPhone. I wonder if they have a "no text list"?

    I'd report them to the Better Buisiness Bureau. That sucks.

    Before long they will prob figure out how to make thier # show up as "Wife" or "Daughter" with a text saying something like "In trouble. Call back asap!" Then when you do you get charged $65
