I have one suggestion really 2. Be sure you build it big as you want it and also if make it tall enuf you can have stairs going up on the inside and floor over the ceiling joists so you can basically double your storage if you follow me.

Hmmm...Rees or Cockrum. You will have to decide on a factor other than looks cause its pert near a toss up. And I wouldn't want to stare that long trying to make up my mind. Pffft.

I have a 30 by 40 2 story wood 12ft celling. was going to put in lift. cant hardly get up stairs now but is nice for storage but expensive add on. Best thing in my shop is bathroom, wouldnt have one with out it. Were i to start over i would call Gill and have him work up some plans and turn him loose. Please do like some one else said and make one bay drive through. Sure wish i had.

    Default Shop ideas

Put twice the amount of ele. Outlets that you have planned . Put a large drain along with outside water . The drive through with ele. Doors would be nice .

SIT DOWN, SHUT UP, AND STAY ON YOUR SIDE OF THE BOAT.

if there aint but one thing I wish my shop had, it would be a drive thru bay, man that would be nice. And make it atleast 150% bigger than you plan. I have a 40x80 and it just aint enough room, and all I have in it mainly is my boat, 4 wheeler, can am commander, and stick my truck in there most of the time, but it would be nice to leave truck hooked to boat inside the shop!
