Thread: Scapegoat

After constantly preaching to the kids not to break the tree limbs and pull the leaves of our shadetree at the deck, I watched them break a gooden. They knew they'd messed up so they went around the other side of the tree and through it in the water. I asked them why they through it in and they replied "Cause moma will get mad. Can you tell her the beaver did it?"
