Thread: Kids Tourney

I would love to participate n help...n thank u for including 17 year olds...

I didnt know how old she was but knew she was pushing it some, hope we can get it together.

I'm pretty sure we would be there and will help anyway we can as long as it's not the weekends of the 4th or the weekend after. I'll be on a much needed vacation.

Fun day fishing with the kids. No crazy rules. We can leave the boat during trip. Short day, 4 hours. End in early afternoon for lunch.

(All fish can be winners, not just crappie.)

Kinda my thoughts, would like to stay with a crappie theme but have a "trash" fish prize as well.
thinking the younger one could be crank pulling, pretty easy for them to handle that and the older ones fish however they want with a little more restriction on how much help the adults can give.
Got a buddy that rents those slides and bouncey thing, gonna talk to him about that as well for the kids to play in and on that afternoon.

Can I bring Secret Weapon? He's my youngest kid!!! Just kidding of course. That would be a great thing to do for the young uns!!!

I agree with this, especially the short day. Mine is 8 and he starts getting bored after bout 4 hrs, plus it's going to be ungodly hot that time of year and make them even fussier. But if they could leave the boat, they could go for a quick swim.
