ticket for expired boat trailer tag? just got my 30 dollar u-owe-me renewal from mr. treadway at city hall. reason i ask is i have seen many trailers at the ramps with no tags and a bunch more with expired tags. can the wardens or coe rangers give a ticket or just police and highway patrol officers?
