It was not the best day but we were fishing, we may be pushing the cranking thing but the weather guessers said 9-10 mph wind which is not fun spider-rigging on Okatibbee but of course they lied, think we could have feed them some of those fine Southern Sickle Jigs. Black was the best color. Too many dinks. When we got there the first fish felt warm, don't know the air temp but water temp was 78.5 at that time. We fished from 9 to 25 FOW, best seemed around 10-12 FOW. Keep some smaller fish than normal but think we had 6-7 nice fish. There is always next time. We have one area we always seem to catch cats and bass and we did today.
