Thread: DD hows your garden going?

Up here my maters have only been in the ground 10 days. Got 10 different varieties of hot peppers goin good. I like to mess with different blends for my jerky. I even planted a couple called 7 Pot Douglah, one of the hottest peppers on earth with 1,200,000 Scoville units, a Jalapeno is about 70,000 units. Now all I need to find is someone to pick, dry and grind them for me.

Gary you going to bring some to Scott this fall?

I was wondering when the garden posts were gonna start. My inlaws sent us some lettuce, radishes, and onions already. Good stuff. My tomatoes are about 15" high or so and peppers maybe 6".

Looks like Steve has a nifty irrigatoin system on his maters. I take it this isn't your first rodeo.

My pops told me to get bigger boys, but the co-op only had better boys. I don't know what the difference is. Wonder if he'll figure it out?

That is a 1/2" pvc pipe capped at one end with a garden hose adapter on the other end and holes drilled down one side. Works well for me. Not my 1st time.
