    Just figured my mileage for the years '67, '68, '69 and '70 while I was stationed in Germany. My carb must have needed rebuilt, cause I was only getting 5 MPG. Thank heaven I quit when I married.

    Bilbob might get 41 mpg, and I'm sure he's been rebuilt, but I believe he's gotta a broken crank!!! All ya ever see or hear about him doin is HUGGIN the girls!!! Lol

    Naw he has a knock, and on the last rebuild he should have replaced the "lifters" lol

    Yeah, at his age, them lifters do get a bit intermittent. Kinda like yer memory, sometimes it works, but not very often. Lol
