DD have you checked the water in your batteries. Just a thought. Over time charging over and over and over will boil the water out of them. Then they wont hold a charge for long. Had this happen to me. If they are low just get some distilled water and fill them. Someone told me not to put tap water in because of all the iron and deposits in water. Might be a quick fix?

You can use the multi meter as a load tester. When you put on the battery have someone push the trolling motor button and see what the amps drop to. If they drop way down on any particular battery the battery is prob goin bad.

Yehy, checked them the other day and their full. I was going to unhook the number 2 battery (I have a 36 volt TM) and then check each seperately. Then hook then all up and check at the TM for 36. It had 36.4 when EZ helped me hook it up

Dont forget to turn your meter off after you use it, if it is left on ohms it will run the battery in the meter down, voice of experiance.
