Gator, the Merc was inheritted and is fixxen to be on its third hull. 1982 model originally owned by Vic, had an overhaul and has lower hours for its age. Sat in my shop for over 10 years, runs great, knock on wood.

I still haven't been able to calculate my mileage on the boat but best I can figure, it looks like it gets about 3 months to the gallon. I still haven't used enough fuel to of had to put any in it yet. Dunno, maybe it's just that fuel from OK last longer since its coming from closer to the source.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

Jimmy and I were dropping triple digits each time we filled my 1 ton dually up on the way down/back to the AR and MS camps earlier this month. AT $4.09/gal. avg. for diesel and 10-12 mpg, it was an expensive trip...but after meetin all you good folk...worth every penny!

Same here Rees--ifn I hadn't got this one from my dad--I'd still just be bumn seats on boats. For sure my 150 will suck the gas like crazy at 5600 RPM but like you around 4000 I can get about 6 trips out of 28 gallons (not running all over the place though)
