    Default Help, gettin ready to grill some fillets for the first time, I thought Scott or


    someone had posted a recipe for this but I didnt find it in the thread now I may have over looked it. Need all the help I can get, never done this before and hate to run a bunch of fillets. I do have them filleted with the skin and scales still on them, I think I remember seeing that posted somewhere

    Maj, I did find a post with how to grill leaving the scales and skin on the fillets, bout to give it a whirl

    Grill em with the scales down. Don't turn em. Bast with a little butter and what ever seasoning you like. Grill til meat gets white and puffy. Tony's, lemon pepper, rib rub or any other seasoning will werk.

    Save the skin/scales for Minner, that is his favorite midnight snack.. Says they taste like tater chips!!!!!!!!!Rofl
