    Well wife liked them and they were alright to me, guess havin to cookem might have affected my taste buds LOL, still gotta give the breaded one a higher score for myself, guess cause they aint as good for you as these LOL

    your welcome Maj, was my first time and I really wasnt sure when I had the done LOL but wifey liked them and so that was worth the trouble as I mentioned, they were ok to me, like the breaded ones better or at least someone else doing the grillin

    Looks pretty good. It looks like you cooked them all the same way. Next time split them up some while you are experimenting. Tonys is good on em

    ES, had lemon pepper on some and greek seasoning on some also, didnt put enough on the greek for sure, wasnt strong enough, will do better next time

    It is hard to beat the breaded and fried fillets, but I tried these from a thread on here and they are the next best thing to fried IMHO. Wife and I both liked them and they are a little bit healther. (Still have to have them fried every so often)

    MAN,THOSE LOOK GREAT LARRY.Like ES said, try different things. I have grilled them on a fine mesh grill sprayed with cooking spray and had maranated the larger crappie fillet with Tarayaki sauce. Put some small soaked wood chips on the coals and get them smoking and in a short while you have Smoked Crappie Tarayaki.The cookins spray is to help keep the fillets from sticking to the grill surface! Like Emeril says" It ain't rocket science".
