Let us know what if anything works

Hate to say it, but.....WB is right. Dang that hurt!
Well - Tried most every suggestion and none worked. Dragged without anythng attached in the water, used Reel Magic, etc. Next question, what is the BEST braid that can be used on a spinning reel and can be cast with 1/16 or 1/32 oz. jigs?
Power Pro braid / hivis yellow 10/2
For that size jig, if casting, I would use 20# it will be the diameter of 6#. Now this is where everyone will have a different opinion. I like spider wire. It don't fray, it don't fade and its got a coating that makes it fly through the guides.

I might even go lighter with that small or a jig, say 12#

[QUOTE=Wannabe...;1879686]Amateurs...thee solution to line twist on spinning reels is to spool the line on a baitcaster and throw the spinning reel away
yup, the big "B" has this one pegged. so much easier, so much less space required than the open faces, and even the cheapy re-works with 3 bearings will last a crappie fisher person a life time.

That's why I went to Suffix--it does great on spinning reels--never had any problem spooling with it--might just be me though
