    When the cutoff is on it is on. But fronts and wind can have a big impact on it this time of year. Like G said lots of crappie and good ones and some of the best shellcracker fishing around here. Single pole in the cypress and tip Jig with Cricket insted of minnow is your crappie catchin tip of the day.

    Jigs tipped with mealworms will wear the crappie out also.
