That may be so but refusal to take their test can automatically forfiet your drivers license for a year. Last time I was accused of drinking and driving the officer said he knew I was drunk and I told him that I had not had a drink in 20 years, that musta been some dang good stuff. He decided it was ok for me to drive another 300 yards to my home.

Still better than a dui. Plus your lawers can get license reinstated. If he's any good.

When I was living on my 37ft boat on a mooring ball in San Diego I personally know of a friend who got a BUI paddling her Dingy from the dock (about 50 yards) to her 38ft Hatteras also on a Mooring ball after celebrating her birthday. She tried to fight it in court and lost! Then again we are talking about the Communist Republic of California. But then again there is I was an Illegal Alien I could get my 4th DUI before I got the same punishment you would get as a citizen on the first DUI. Go figure.. Absolutely insaine if you ask me.

I don't think they will get you on COE land or water just state park land or water. There is an invisable line thru Grenada lake on the state park(Hugh White) side it's a no-no,go across towards Choctow and the rocks and back north no problem.I think this is correct but still can get a BUI.

Um ya..........go ahead and try that. Let us know how it works out for you. In my former life as a LEO, I took great pleasure in giving many a "good" lawyer a DUI. They know all the tricks............until they get in front of a judge!!!

I haven't had to try that and never will. I don't drink and drive. In 48 years never even got pulled over for suspicion. No DUI's here. That's what a lawyer told a group of us electricians in a meeting one time.
