To clear the cache and delete cookies and temp internet files on your phone go to settings and you can figure it out. Now to clear the Tapatalk data cache click on Tapatalk and then hit your option menu button and go from there and you will find it. You have to clear these files pretty regularly just like you do on your computer. Also if you use your phone a lot on the internet you need to install a anti-virus program as well as a anti-maleware program.

I cannot remember the exact steps John but maybe I can show you at camp if you have not figured it out by then. I have to push buttons and hunt awhile everytime I do it. The gal at the AT&T store is a big help if I get lost though.
