What the heck ever happened to getting the boat ready BEFORE you git in line? Find a spot in the lot or off to the side, git your straps off, put poles, boxes, coolers, etc in the boat, then git in line. Put em in their place Barbie!!!

With the temperament most of them Yanks exhibit I'm surprised the don't have a killin at their ramps all the time. Had 2 boats at persiminon point last year pull down in front of me unload boat block ramp then 2 pickups pull down ramp in front of each boat and start unloading coolers, pole and all sorts of stuff. I didn't say anything just watched in awe that these people could be so rude or stupid. Had one yesterday pull away from campground bank next to bean creek, had wife and kid in a boat with 25 that would barley push it. Instead of going behind me he runs right in front of me about 50 ft as I pull up a pole he stops the boat and starts explaining 2 hook rig only pole then gouged er wide open. Wasn't gone 10 min and came right back in front of me again. Go figurebangheadbanghead

dont know bout down there but up here in the Northern part of the state, we got full blown rednecks that do the same thing, pull down to the ramp (in the middle and dont leave room for anyone to attempt to launch beside them) and put the beverages in then the zebco 202's and a folgers can of worms and then once they get the boat off the trailer, the pull it over to the side where you cant launch because you will broadside their boat and then get in the vehicle and pull it over to the parking spot. then when they make it back, they push off and try and crank the motor and it wont crank and then they get to hollering that you ignernt dumb arse you aint go no paddle. go figure

What's ironic about these fellers this morning is the couldn't have backed in by the truck already on the ramp anyhow. Because the ramp was clear when they launched and they were all over the whole ramp jackknifed by theirselves.
