thinking about hitting mound city this weekend. my midsouth hunting and fishing chart says the river gets into dacus at 18. it was at 18 ft. 10 days ago. do you think mound city will be real muddy?

I was told the river didn't get in Mound City till it hit 20'. I'll go look today. If the river is in, it'll be muddy. Should look like this pic.
