    "tip" you taking about the top section of the rod or the top eye.

    I called the once for the second section of a 5 section pole. I could buy 2 new rods at sportsmans for what the section cost, then add shipping.

    yep, the upper section of the rod, the one that the very end will break off if you look at it wrong LOL
