Thread: Decent day on the Rez

Yesterday afternoon i went to the alligator hole to see if fish were in there and we caught 7 decent fish in about 3 hours. We had originally decided to go to oilwell woods first thing this morning but plans changed with the wind, so we decided to go back to the alligator hole and fight the wind. We picked up 7 or 8 there until about 11:00 and decided we needed to get on the other side of the lake so we would not the blowing us around so bad, and we stumbled on the fish is 2.5-3' of water. I wish we would have known earlier fish had started spawning. We ended up with 22 keepers and the fish in the shallows were all big fish

That's awesome. Hate I can't get o the lake til next week
