John.....take the prop off of it....It might have got some fishing line wrapped up behind it and was binding and then finally broke loose. Take the prop off and check things out.

Mine will run both at the same time, if one is running and you engage the other it shuts off and then you start up again. Been fishing the river alot and the remote is awesome moving from on spot to another.
