Congrats Sat, I was like you, I had one guy come up from his son's house where he was visting in Sardis to look at it at like 3 one evening and then another guy that was not suppose to come till next day showed up while the man from Sardis was here and when the local guy walked up the first thing he said was "is it sold yet ?" and that just made the other guy shift gears and pull out the cash LOL, but it was a little uncomfortable

I was able to catch the guy from Jackson before he left town. Wasnt happy but understood.
