    Just an update......I heard from the MDWFP this week(Garavalli, I think was his name)......as I got a reply from one of my weekly emails. He said that the MDWFP made a "fair market" offer to lease the boat ramp at lakeview and on Feb 21st they received a letter declining the offer. IT seems since the MDWFP and the LEvee board have pretty much wiped their hands of the issue, that my emails will now be directed to the state senator questioning the issue of public water access. Would be nice if everybody would do the same. I miss fishing in the "circus" lake. FIshing Butla and Sardis is kinda like going to the big city for me......to much dang water to hunt through.

    I think it's Cochran and Wicker.....I'll have to do a little research to confirm that and locate their address'.

    Yes, Cochran and Wicker are US Senators. I know Flowers is a State Senator from Desoto County, but I doubt his district runs that far west.
