The way I read it was only IL boys allowed. They weren't singling out crappie.com'ers. They were excluding everyone. I believe tournaments should be open. Especially if you're going to someone else's backyard.

We use the term Yankee jokingly. Kinda like when y'all call us rednecks. We have pretty thick skin and know it's all in fun. I refer to everyone north of MS as a Yankee. The Yankees I grouped together were the ones that came from IL and had a friendly tournament, but only open to boys from IL. My southern hospitality considers that rude.
As for the tire slicing vandals, most MS boys I know would give them an azz full of buckshot if they caught them. Maybe worse. It's embarrassing for us every time one of y'all get treated that way.

Can't say I do give a chit. Like I posted originally, I wouldn't have fished it anyhow. Just want to clarify I think it's rude.

I can't post any more about the fishin thing, but we don't exclude residents from deer hunting when we go to ANY other state. If I saw a MS person cutting tires on an out of state vehicle, I'd be the first in line to report or stop it!!!!'

The tires being cut arent limited to out of staters. At WV landing last year several were cut and not an out of state truck on the lot.
