Thread: Thanks for the prayers and thoughts

I want to thank each of you for the prayers and thoughts that you posted on my fathers passing.

I was worried how I was going to handled this event as we were very close and I am an only child.

I had my moments with my own family and at hospital but at funeral home and at funeral I was at peace with
this.

I know now that it was from the prayers from each of you, the umpire community and friends and family.

I am just reading this. So sorry to here about your dad. I lost mine back in September. We were really close too. The loss doesn't go away, and you will have an empty place in your heart always, but it does get a little easier as time goes by. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!!

Same here Johnny, I lost my Dad and fishing partner in '93 and I know it's tough.
