    Not.........this was Monday at engineers point. Was dumping my trash up at the bathrooms and there it was. Still flopping. So whoever it was got several hundred yards from the water before deciding this was a short fish and chunked it in the can still alive. Jack---!

    That really sucks. More worried about Mr. Greenjeans the the ethics of things. I wish people like that wouldn't bother our fishes.

    Thats really sad. I try not to keep a fish unless it is 12 1/4 or better. No sense in that and if I were a GW I would make it tough on somone like that. Inexcusable....

    If you gonna put it in the livewell be man enuff to take what you got coming if caught, no excuse for this. Dont really have a prob with someone keeping a short fish to eat if they want to take the chance but at least carry it home and clean it.
