    The 3rd and last today was the only one that really hurt no more for at least 9 months or so he said. I know you are looking for an ironing board.

    Thats a decent mess of fish soon as i can im gonna hit my hole and get mess of those 10-12 in fish. I get 5 shots both knees once a week 5 weeks, get 10 months to a year releif.

    DD - Aint it true that red beans and rice are better as leftovers than when first cooked? Just add cornbread!!!!

    No Adam its not cortisone, the doc told Steve it was like a shot of WD40 for the knee. It's some type of lube I guess. I'm using Berkley digital scales on the fish, I think they're accurate. They do look bigger though.
