    Like said no trouble in bout 5 years.

    Like Mr. Jim says, only I use mineral oil. It won't turn rancid if left in the thing for a few weeks.

    One other thing i do is i keep my nibbles and pump in plastic bag and in cold weather before i head out i put one of hand warmer packets in the bag, keeps the stuff soft.

    Bait Pumps are not made in China! They are each hand made in Louisiana. While I agree the tips are very fragile Randy at Bait Pump will do all he can do to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Like mentioned in another thread he has replaced many tip sections for people.
