Thread: Anybody having trouble with tapatalk?

I have a Black Berry 8530 Curve (older phone). When on the internet I go to options and select cache operations then select clear history. Don't clear pushed content unless you want to re-do all the security questions on any financial web sites you have used. Your phone may have different menu options, but it should be under internet history or cache settings.

Its the same way on my wifes phone also ......and only two websites are affected.

Not necessary, my friend. What phone do you have. I have the Motorola Atrix. I have had this particular phone for a little over a year and have never had any issues with it. Sometimes I get the message that it can't connect to server, but all I do is go back to home page and the back to tapatalk. I have noticed that when I get that message, I only have two bars showing on the signal meter.

I have had ATT&T forever....I have had this phone for almost a year without any problems. untill yesterday. I took the phone to AT&T and they checked it, they also checked my wifes phone. They said both of them were OK, nothing wrong with the phones. Tapatalk has been working great....it still does except fot this site and one more. I can go back like you say and I still get the same message. I also did like Shine said and re-booted, I also deleted all my inter net cookies, and browser history, and all temporay internet files......same thing. Nothing left for me to try now that I know of except uninstall tapatalk and then pay three bucks again and re-subscribe and re-install and see if that works.

I can't imagine what the problem is. Did the people at AT&T take the batteries out for a few minutes? My previous phone was a Blackberry and every time I had trouble with it, they'd tell me to take the battery out for at least 10 seconds. Worked with the blackberry. Before you uninstall, got to the phone manufactures web site and ask them about the problem. Good luck guys.

Not sure about how it will work for you on the uninstall - reinstall, but for me through the blackberry app world I have done it at least 4 times and have only paid the 1st time. I have not had to pay for the reinstalls. You may still want to try it.

Yep....they took the battery out.

Dunno, G. Only other possibility that I can figure is your search engine. What do you use? I use google. Don't know if it has anything to do with the problem. Grasping at straws. Good luck.

I went in to tapatalk and cleared the data......now its working right.
