    My dad will only eat fried crappie. I let him scarf a platefull before I told him it was crappie

    Looks good ES. I make something that looks kinda similar that I call Ro Tel crappie. Filets in a pan, drain a can of rotel, bake, and cover with shredded cheese. Serve with rice. Good stuff. Never thought about nachos though. May hafta try it now...
