I get um a couple times a year in lower back and a couple times a year in my neck... it usually takes more than one to get the full effect and also depends on what kinda problems ur having as to whether or not it will work at all..

I have a bulging disc. irritating the nerve to my rt hip and knee.

may work for you then... ive had a 3 disc fusion in my neck.. got a plate and 20 srews in it and back surgery so I jus live with it. I promise I understand what ur goin threw and its no fun... if at all possible do not do surgery IMO..
