Dayquil for headache, and congestion followed by red chili peppers, I would suggest putting them in some food, or lots of jalapeño if you dont have chilies. Get some water and drink several glasses of it or 8 oz bottles worth, you need 8-12 a day to stay hydrated and staying hydrated helps a lot, it also helps flush your system. Sometimes more rest is needed, but I test it out first, by being as active as I can be, and if it starts to get worse or I become drained of energy then I will stop and rest.
