    They make a rubber sanding block,its about 3/16 of an in. thick about 4x4 in. It will bend around corners.

    they make a polishing kit for removing scrathes from jet aircraft canopys. I have one. it comes with 6 sanding blocks 1000 Grit to 6000 Grit and a micro bead polishing compond. in is called micro polish kit. when I get home I will find out who makes it and where you can get it if your interested.

    Seems like the Black & Decker "Mouse" sander would be handy for getting in the corners.

    I been think g about it Flanger and I've decided I'm too inexperienced to do this job. Therefore, I expect you to be here Friday, Saturday and Sunday to show me how on Friday on One side, the other on Saturday and then we can fish and talk about it on Sunday.

    I've used it to take scraches out of sunglass lens and it works!!!!
