Well the bearding was a mix of what ever my wife wanted in there . It started with the zatarans and progressed . They had some chyenne i know . I caught and cleaned them and she cooked them . And as far as enough i had a couple small pieces left .
I thought the Chyennes were kilt off almost to the point of extinction then moved to vaious reservations around the country? They will be if you keep using them for seasoning.
