Friend of mine in Oklahoma bought one. Of the first ones they came out with a few years ago. He swears that thing really works for crappie as well as bass

Well, actually hydro wave is a company co founded by Kevin van dam. He got on board with another company biosonix with an original sound device and attributed several wins and high finishes to it. Since then he went into partnership to form hydrowave. Basically it emmits the sounds of shad and feeding fish. KVD purports that it can help trigger feeding on inactive fish or intensify already active fish. It interesting, but for 400, I'm not willing to guiny pig do you yahoos.

I can see where it would really shine in the summer.

I will accept a sponsorship if anybody knows anybody though.

What you really need is one of those thingeys the game and fish have that hangs out over the front and they hit a button and they float to the top . Then you can just net the "one" you want . Yep that is what you need .

I emailed these folks a couple of months ago and ask em about crappie. Said they had no substantial trial and effort data with crappie. Thinkin he might give me one, I told him I was very interested. He said if I bought one, they'd be very interested in my findings. I ceased email connections with em. What a gewber. I ask him "Do I look like DD?" "I can't buy nuttin that ain't guaranteed for what I want it for."
