I pan seared them in a touch of EVOO and butter for 3 minutes, then put a mix on panko, parm cheese and EVOO on them and baked them for 3 min. Deglazed the pan with white wine and green garlic out of my garden for a sauce. YUMMMM.

Glad y'all had a good trip, BUT, I got a couple of pointers fer ya the next time ya go anywhere.
1st of all the pics of a purty gurl holdin a fesh is the very only thang that keeps me from really smackin ya. (Still can't understand that gurl's thankin tho.) You talk about this big bad buffay and all you got is pics of big boats that ain't werf nuttin on the river or Barnett or Nader. The very least you could've done was took some pics of that prime rib or pile of crab legs or them shrimp cooked 48 different ways. What a gewber. I swanney if it wasn't fer Nessa, you'd be werfless.

LOL Got a friend that goes down a few times a year and he SAYS they catch over 200 reds every tip PER DAY between the 3 of em in the boat
