Nice deer bud, i grew up in s.ill dont think there were any deer around back then. That was in the 40s.

Lmao. 340!!!! The deer dressed about 160-70. Didn't seem to be in hard rut. Came through feeding at 3:15 in the afternoon by himself. There is a real hoss in that same area that the guys have seen with their bows, but I wasn't waitin for him. He must be doing most of the breeding. Not a lot of sign. Only a three day rut season with a gun. Got 4 more days in Dec. and that's it. Like I said, this is just a decent deer for that area.
