Thank y'all. I had one done bout 5 years ago and sleep with a CPAP myself. I still wake up at night and throw that mask off. Then my wife will wake up cause I'm snorin again and make me put it back on. I know if I don't use mine, I feel like crap the next day.

Shoot if you figure out how to keep the mask from killing you let me know. I have to swap between the mask and the nasal pads to do any good. One makes my nose sore the nasal pad kills the inside of my nose sore. But they tell me after I get used to it I will feel better and have more energy.. Been 6 weeks and still waiting LOL But I think I'm going to have to get one of those harnesses for my mouth to keep it shut, Think thats part of my issues now. OOhh wait thats all the time HAHA

I'm working on 6 years with this freeking mask thing. I have tried about 20something mask in this time and none of them work worth a darn. I did learn that I have to have a mask that covers my nose and mouth, the straps won't keep my mouth shut.
I have a box full of them and still looking for more. Looks like Ima have to invent one. I have had 3 sleep studies and they all say the same thing, I stop breathing. I promise you I would chunk it in file 13 if my doc hadn't told me that if I didn't wear it every night I had better have my will updated every day before bedtime. That'll get youre attention...

Right now I have the gel nasal mask and it's ok. It still leaks some and blows air into the corner of my eyes and that irritates me. Hafta mash it when I first put it on and it normally does purty good.
Ifn ya mouf won't stay shut, it ain't blowin hard enuff. If my mouf ever opens, it's like a whirlwind comin out and I can't breathe a lick.
