Thanks for all the prayers. I got sprung from the hospital about 10 this morning. It seems that some of the new blood pressure medicine I'm taking changed the affect of the blood thinner I'm taking. When they pulled my needles at the end of my dialysis treatment yesterday they couldn't stop me from bleeding. My doctor at the ER was a fine young man just back from a year tour in Afghanistan. He whipped out a roll 4" gauze, fashioned a tourniquet out of it, then bandaged me up with a roll of something that looked like DD duct tape. Had the bleeding stopped in less than a minuit.
