    Default Fillet knife questions...???

What kind of fillet knife do you use? What are the pros and cons? If Santa Claus were to bring you another this year, which one would you ask for?
    Thanks

I have a 110v. American Angler. Rarely, if ever, do I fillet more than just a mess for the three of us here at home so mine works good for 6-10 fish, depending on the size of the fish. I have filleted larger messes of fish at times to give to my Dad or Uncle though. And it did the job just fine.Thumbs Up BTW, I aint much with the blunt blades...I prefer the pointed ones.

    Kershaw 12.75" narrow fillet

Although I also liked a Mora when I went up to Smokey Mtn Knifeworks and got to handle lots of them.
