Mechanical broadhead didn't open, so no serious damage done. Bumped him on the way in at 6. Gonna have to get there super early tomorrow to beat him

Switch to the two blade Rage. They open up differently than most. Go ahead and get the titanium. Never not recovered a deer, bear, turkey or elk that I have hit with the Rage. Go ahead and let that little feller grow up some before you let the air out of him. He's got good height, and pretty good width. In a couple years he'll have some good mass, then he'll look awesome on your wall.

I'd let him walk but my neighbors will smoke him first glance in rifle season... I used to shoot the rage 2 blade but I hit a shoulder and it bounced off and looked like a J. Im using the grim reaper chisel tip now. Not sayin rage is bad tho, got a bunch of friends that love em.

The first one was a rage, different animal completely. Have never killed a deer with a fixed broadhead and knock on wood have not had mechanical failure with mechanicals YET. Rage in none for the screw ups.Doh

Muzzles 125 gr. Bone cutters used them for nearly 25 years . If the arrow is put in the right spot it don't matter .

Last deer I killed with a bow was with Muzzies. Bout as tough a head as ever made.....and that was 13 years ago, before I realized deer hunting was invented for folks that don't know how to fish.
