There was an estate auction down in Senatobia today and they had a 01 ZX200 seaark advertised as only having been rained on once and always garage kept, I like my ZX170 so much I decided to go down and bid on it. I was very dissappointed along w/ all the other folks that went down there....this thing had a huge amount of weather wear on it. If it only got rained on once, then it must've been an acid rain that day. The topside of the hull looked like swiss cheese wiff all the holes that had been drilled in it. The pictures they had posted looked really good and didn't even indicate the wear that shoed. It had a 150 johnson on it that did look good and started right up. Felt sorry for some folks, they had driven from as far away as kentucky. Didn't need it but I bid up to $3700 and then bailed on the bidding. The boat sold for $6700 which was way too much for its condition.
I did see all the cows laying and not eating, made me wonder if you guys had a hard time at butls....from the other thread looks like yall had to work hard for yer fish.
Was a pretty day for a drive anyway and the wife and youngest went wiff me.....almost got a minner bucket for $2.00 but didn't hear the other guy bid $2.50. That was my excitement for the day..
Those Sea Arks are good boats.....I have a XV180 and I love it.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
