Thanks for askin John, yea Im still kickin

been having some issues with the meds they have me on, having to adjust and decrease or increase, just been kinda worn out since bout last sunday when I got up, cant seem to sleep more that a few hours at a time, but they say that once the meds get corrected, should be ok. Not back to 100% but bout 70%

gonna go to Fall Festival at church tonight and see how that goes, being home bound is not what I wanna do

but you know what John, I now know what it means when someone tells you to "Stop & Smell The Roses"
