Found out yes. why my rt. shoulder has been hurting so bad. Have about give up fishin because of the pain. Well went to cambell clinic yes and found out i have rotater cuff syndrome, its a combination of arth. and muscle damage over the years. Doc. gave me a cortizone shot in the area and i start physical therapy tues.Feeling better already. I think a lot of it is from 30+yrs of bow hunting. Also i was warned not to catch and lift any crappie over 2lbs. If one looks any bigger cut the line.Pfft on dat.

Had rotater cuff surgery 1 year ago this month. You may have to start fishing over here in AR so you won't risk catching that 3#er.

I don't know about the rest of the folks here that have had rotater cuff surgery but it is one thing I hope I don't have to have done again. I ask the Dr. how long it would take me to recover. He said it would me about six months in total. Well what I surprise I was in for. It took me 18 months to get the full range of motion back in my arm. Since the surgery was on my right shoulder and I am right handed it really effected every thing I wanted or had to do.

I wish you a speedy recovery and a quick return to fishing.Thumbs Up

Best of luck with the physical therapy, Mr. Jim. Tell the Doc that you use those big crappie AS therapy. Or you could just call me and I'll pull those biguns in for ya. Good luck, man.
