We caught a good many small fish after about 11:00, when they started biting. We kept 3 keepers and lost 3 big fish that got off before we could net them.

There was something fishey bout the scales. Friday i weighed my fish on my scales n i only had 7 pounds. Well at the weigh in I had over 8 pounds.2 fish were 12 oz n 2 were 14 oz plus the other 3 were only 14 inches. Saturday i didnt have but 1 fish under a pound on my scales with 2 good fish almist 15 inches as kickers that all togerher they were almost 10 pounds. Well at the weigh in I only had 8.56 pounds. Several non members of the MCC were talking about the weights. Im not talking about just people that were just there reguler guys. Im talkibg about folks that had sponcered shirts on. Prorated things were rifht but the weights were low. I Think we came in 21st place saturday. Lol

I know our scales we use at the FJ's weigh heavier than mine do, 7 fish weighed half a pound heavier. Too, I try to make my scales weigh the same twice on the same fish, re weigh em after I have cleared the scale. Notice when I green carp fished that I had to be careful with handheld scales.

I think the scales weighed the same no matter who's fish were in the basket.

Read the Rules guys....there is a link at the top of every page to them........here is what they say in this instance....

Ed is serious about this.......I edited and removed stuff yesterday because of this....If you have something to say about someone or a organization....take it to PM's or Email......keep it off the boards.
