    Default Grenada here I come!

It sure felt great this morning when I walked outside! Felt like fishing weather! Time to dust off the trolling poles and spool with new line. I will be on Grenada the next few weeks. I sure hope those big slabs are bitting. I hope all you guys will come join in on our Big Mama event. That even goes for Satdoc and Crappieholic!

The Corp has a standing rule that anytime there is a 24 hour 2" rainfall (think that's the mark) they automatically shut the gates to prevent flooding down stream. My guage had more than 5" from Saturday PM till Monday AM - didn't empty it. Spillway stands at 150 CFS discharge as of yesterday.....down from 2350 CFS on Saturday.

If I had to guess, the rains will add less water than you would expect. I know Jackson got hammered, but the further North you went, the more moderate the rain totals and intensity. Feelay said somewhere he didn't get any rain at all in Hernando.

    Wannabe...

    PS...stay offah mah lake.
