    Rees I don't think so.I was hoping others had that problem at Butla saturday.But i think most were pullin cranks tho.

    I would check the line too. Could've been another 4 pound crappie you lost but probly just a big ol gar or catfish.

    Big C didn't happen to me sat but had the same problem about 3 weeks ago down there. I was breaking off on my dropper lines. Mainly the one on top tied to 3 way. Had new 6 lb and as they broke retire with new 10 and still had a couple break off. Retied all the ones on my poles with 10 lb trilene extra tough before tourney and didn't loose any. I use braid on main line and mono on Riggs. I'm thinking big cat fish and his rough teeth on that small line.
