    update : he is healing thus the skin is pulling tight and causing pain but he is healing at this point with no complications

    Have they given him Silvadene <sp?> ointment/cream for the burns? When I was burned (2nd and 3rd degree), the ER burn unit nurse sent me back with a tub of that stuff. At that time it was prescription, don't know about now. It really helped with the pain and no scarring.

    CN, not sure what they have given him but I do know that he has to keep some type of stuff on the burns all the time

    Missed this earlier Maachu, but he's got my prayers now. Getting burned even a little is awful and I pray that they're able to control the pain for him and he heals quickly.

    Ya'll noticed we're having way to many of these prayer requests lately? Maybe we ought to go ahead and try and get ahead of the curve and pray a little more often on our own.
